Hi, I’m Chad.

I grew up in Boise and moved back in 2011.

My parents moved here in 1985 when there were roughly 140,000 people. So I’ve seen firsthand the growth.

“I remember when this was a field” is something that might slip from my mouth from time to time.  I apologize in advance!

Several friends I grew up with couldn’t wait to graduate from high school and move to a larger city. I couldn’t relate. There are just so many incredible things to do here.

I’ve felt fortunate to be able to move back and raise my family.

I’ve been involved in real estate in some form since 2005.  Whether that be working in commercial real estate, investing, or land development.
